How much does it cost to form an LLC with Hatchly?
The standard LLC registration package costs $399 plus applicable state fees and includes a registered agent service, opening a bank account and debit card, state registration, and getting an Employer Identification Number (EIN). However, we offer additional packages with more features and benefits so the price may vary based on your selection.
What are state fees, and how are they calculated?
State filing fees are mandatory charges each state sets to process and approve your LLC formation. These fees are not included in our package prices and will be billed separately. The amount varies by state, ranging from $50 to $500. Please note you can see these fees once you select your state.
