To begin, please log into your Hatchly dashboard. From there, go to "Books and Taxes" and follow the simple steps provided to set up your bookkeeping.

What information do I need to provide for bookkeeping?

You only need to connect your bank account(s) to the Hatchly dashboard. Once connected, your transaction history will automatically appear, and you can categorize each transaction using the options we provide.

Can you assist with categorizing transactions?

While we do not offer direct assistance in categorizing transactions, our platform includes a list of categories to help you determine the best fit for each transaction.

What should I do if I can't connect my bank account?

If you encounter any issues with connecting your bank account, you can download your complete bank statement and upload it directly to the Hatchly dashboard.

Can I connect multiple bank accounts?

Yes, you can connect multiple bank accounts to your dashboard for streamlined bookkeeping.
